Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Currently, Phoenix Fire Art Store and our supply vendors may take anywhere from 2 - 5 business days for processing orders. This varies depending on the specific item(s) ordered and quantity ordered. Orders placed before 2 PM MST ship the same business day. Weekend orders process the next business day. Please be patient with us, we strive to provide the quickest order processing we can.

*Processing may be extended during holidays.

Shipping Costs:

Phoenix Fire Art store will strive to provide free shipping to most goods and services. Shipping charges may occur for specific supply vendors for different products. These supply vendors manage their own individual shipping rates and these rates do not reflect upon Phoenix Fire Art store in general. All shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Please contact us for questions or concerns.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

Our supply vendors use the following shippers (unless noted) for their products: DHL, USPS, UPS & FedEx.

Stabdard shipping times can vary in length anywhere from 3 to 15 business days, depending on the product. Most standard orders arrive within 5-10 business days. There may be specific products that can take up to 30 days or more. These products typically indicate longer shipping times within the product description. Please read each product description in its entirety before purchasing.

Custom orders will use any of the same shipping methods as noted above, with the same shipping timeframes. Express shipping options available upon request. Please note that custom orders are made to order and the processing time includes order confirmation details, creation of product, packaging of product and then shipping of product. Before product is shipped, the processing time can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks, dependant upon the product and level of customization.

Geographic Coverage:

Phoenix Fire Art Store currently only ships within the United States.

Custom Orders & Large Items:

Large items with our supply vendors may have longer processing times. Phoenix Fire Art Store only selects large items with our supply vendors that have free shipping. There are specific smaller items that may have extra shipping charges if ordered in bulk and need to be shipped on a large skid or pallet.

Custom orders through Phoenix Fire Art Store will use all shipping methods with the fastest shipping at the cheapest pricing available. This shipping information will be emailed along with the invoice. Customer can make special arrangements if needed and Phoenix Fire Art Store will accommodate to the customers preferred shipper. Custom orders can also be scheduled for drop off or pickup if customer is in the vicinity of the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area in Arizona. Please email  Eric@PhoenixFireArt.com or PhoenixFireArtLLC@Gmail.com to make any specific drop off or pickup requests and make sure to provide your last name, email, order number and item number (if applicable).

All custom orders will be carefully packaged with any of the following (stuffing, packing paper, bubble wrap, foam stuffing, foam wrap, shrink wrap & pallet plastic wrap) to ensure the item(s) is protected to Phoenix Fire Art Store's best ability prior to shipper pickup. This is with the hope that the item(s) will stay protected and arrive at their destination without any damage.

Tracking Information:

Tracking information for all orders (including custom orders) as soon as the information is available will be provided. If for some reason the item lacks any available tracking information, Phoenix Fire Art Store will provide any additional information on the whereabouts of the order in question to provide shipping and tracking transparency.
