FLAVOR: La Pistola was the first official collaboration between Paulman Acre and J's Small Batch. Originally developed for the Vista Strawberry Festival at the California Hot Sauce Solutions facility, we smoked a heaping pile of local strawberries and combined it with tequila, agave nectar and a unique blend of top-shelf vinegars to make a spicy, strawberry sauce that is as unique as it is delicious. We’ve had reports of bottles being killed in a single session. It’s a game changer for wings, wraps, sandwiches, and everything in between.
